RS Electrical were instructed to conduct EICRs for 8 commercial shops which highlighted significant defects and serious safety concerns. After receiving quotes for the remedial work, they repaired and made safe all shops to an extremely high standard.
I cannot fault their workmanship and the communication is second to none. The whole team, from admin to the electricians, are a credit to the company.

Ryan traced and fixed an intermittent fault which randomly tripped my circuit breaker
“The circuit breaker for my sockets system kept tripping. From Sunday evening to Monday night,it tripped over 40 times even after all appliances had been unplugged. I called Ryan on Tuesday morning and he came at 1pm as arranged He worked non stop for 3 hrs, testing everything and then stated he believed the fault was in a cable within my extension wall. He chiselled out the plaster, and exposed a cable with burn marks and a hole that was causing a short circuit. The cable had been there years. WOW. I intend to have him back to totally rewire my house I have that much confidence in him.”

“Simply the best service you could ask for. We used them a couple of years ago when our house was struck by lightning, and Emma (who's customer service skills are impeccable) even remembered the previous jobs! The 2 guys that came out were expectational (firstly to check and fix the kitchen light and secondly to do the outside plug. They both arrived on time, did the jobs without any issues, and to say they were tidy workers would be an understatement, I think the kitchen was tidier when they left than when they started! Couldn't recommend RS Electrical Highly enough!”

“RCD blown, rang RS arranged electrician visit quickly. Water in the consumer unit, they broke box round the unit and two pipes leaking 2 ins above the unit
They kindly obtained the “plugs”, dealt with the pipes and fitted an RCD in the old unit Rather than fitting the new consumer unit, as it was getting on in the day, now rescheduling the new unit fitting to a new day.
Throughout the process electricians (Jay and Sam) were professional, helpful. cleaned up as they went along and explained where we stand. Office staff (Mandy et al) have been helpful and reactive in helping us move forward.”

“The circuit breaker for my sockets system kept tripping. From Sunday evening to Monday night,it tripped over 40 times even after all appliances had been unplugged. I called Ryan on Tuesday morning and he came at 1pm as arranged He worked non stop for 3 hrs, testing everything and then stated he believed the fault was in a cable within my extension wall. He chiselled out the plaster, and exposed a cable with burn marks and a hole that was causing a short circuit. The cable had been there years. WOW. I intend to have him back to totally rewire my house I have that much confidence in him.”

“We had a lot of work done by various electricians by RS Electrical from a consumer unit, replaced sockets moved in various rooms including hob, cooker hood and double oven installed. It took longer and different electricians due to holiday period in August. Despite being a busy period with short staff our work was completed as soon as possible. Only one socket needed to be adjusted but quickly rectified. Office staff were good at communication by email and mobile. All Electricians were focused and worked hard to complete the task. Would definitely recommend pleased to use local company.”
