Reactive Electrical Services
24/7 reactive electrical support across the Midlands, with priority response for contracted and framework clients.
RS Electrical provides 24/7 reactive electrical support across the Midlands. Contracted and framework clients receive priority response in line with their agreed requirements — a significant proportion of our reactive work is delivered this way, including our ongoing framework with West Midlands Fire Service.
Reactive support is not limited to framework clients. We welcome reactive electrical call-outs from other commercial organisations and will always look to assist, subject to engineer availability and existing contractual commitments.
Our engineers work nationally at times, and we can occasionally provide reactive support outside the Midlands — but the Midlands is where our reactive coverage is strongest.
- 24/7 reactive electrical call-outs
- Priority response for framework and contracted clients
- Commercial reactive support, subject to availability
Project experience.
West Midlands Fire Service's electrical reactive maintenance framework is a clear example of this in practice, covering approximately 38 sites since October 2023.

“I have used RS Electrical before, and as always they were incredibly quick to respond, completing the work within 24 hours after I called and to a perfect standard. Ryan and his team always take the time to find the neatest way to complete the job, never cutting corners. Would recommend RS to anybody.”
Circuit fault
“RCD blown, rang RS arranged electrician visit quickly. Water in the consumer unit, they broke box round the unit and two pipes leaking 2 ins above the unit They kindly obtained the “plugs”, dealt with the pipes and fitted an RCD in the old unit Rather than fitting the new consumer unit, as it was getting on in the day, now rescheduling the new unit fitting to a new day. Throughout the process electricians (Jay and Sam) were professional, helpful. cleaned up as they went along and explained where we stand. Office staff (Mandy et al) have been helpful and reactive in helping us move forward.”
