An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) assesses the safety and condition of a building's fixed electrical installation against the current edition of BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations), identifying any damage, deterioration, defects or non-compliance that could present a risk.
RS Electrical carries out electrical testing, EICRs and fixed wire testing for commercial, industrial and public-sector clients across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, with testing delivered by engineers holding City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspection qualifications.
Where testing identifies remedial or compliance work, we can carry this through from inspection to completed remedial works and sign-off, working within live, operational premises.
